About Candra Coomer

 I’m Candra, and I’m proud to support Andrea and Matt Pendleton as part of The Pendleton Team, helping keep every transaction organized, efficient, and moving forward smoothly.

With over three years of combined experience in mortgage processing and pre-audit, I work behind the scenes to manage the details that allow Andrea and Matt to focus on what they do best—serving clients, negotiating, and growing the business. I oversee timelines, coordinate communication, track deadlines, and proactively handle paperwork to ensure transactions stay on track from contract to closing.

My role is to support the Pendleton Team’s systems, consistency, and client experience by making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong attention to detail, multitasking, and clear communication to every transaction, helping the team operate efficiently and confidently.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my husband, Jaron, for three years, and we have a two-year-old son, Hudson. In my free time, you’ll usually find me working on embroidery projects or tackling a DIY—my friends are convinced I can learn just about anything with the help of a YouTube video!
